At bgoodonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your bgoodonline account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
